Short version: this website doesn't track you. If you email us, we use what you send to reply and to talk about a possible deal. That's it.
This website is run by Aethryos LLC, a Florida limited liability company. "We" and "us" on this page mean Aethryos LLC.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts. There are no forms on the site, so nothing you type here is collected.
Like any website, our hosting provider handles basic technical request data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. We don't use it to profile you.
When you email us
If you write to matthew@aethryos.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to:
- reply to you;
- discuss whether a deal makes sense; and
- with your agreement, introduce you to a buyer.
We don't sell your contact details, and we don't add you to a mailing list. We only share your company's name or details with a buyer once you have agreed to it.
Company data
Aethryos never holds, stores or processes the data a company sells. That data goes directly from the seller to the buyer under their own agreement.
How long we keep emails
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or deal it relates to, and for any record keeping the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email matthew@aethryos.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
